Devil Spartan

This was a image that I created for a friend as a tattoo. I retain the copyright and only license the use on a limited basis. You do not have the right to use this image in any form without written consent and an agreement in place. This painting and the rights to this painting are owned by me. Although this image was created a few years ago, it is still quite popular. If you don't believe me, do a search for "Spartan" within Google images.

Artists need to work at keeping their intellectual rights to their works. Because this image has gained so much popularity, I am not interested in selling or simply "giving away" the painting in any form, making it harder for me to maintain my rights to the image. 

This is not about me being mean or thinking my work is more valuable than it really is. I have never been offered close to fair compensation for the work I have done on this piece. Most people seem to think that I would jump at the chance to have this image included in their card game, video game, or other work. Please realize that although this is a very amateur piece of work, I am now a professional and value the popularity that this painting has brought my other work.
